Incident - London Network Outage

Incident: Resolved (06:00am)

Power and network connectivity to sites affected were restored at around 22.30pm

We apologise for the inconvenience.

This is a rare downtime event, one that occurs on average once every 2 to 3 years.

The outage affected hundreds of hosting and ISP companies and thousands of websites.

Although this was out of service control for us and our supplier we are currently awaiting on further information from Interxion the datacentre owner of LON1.

Incident: Ongoing (21:45pm)

We expect normal service to resume shortly.

While we do not yet have a confirmed ETA, our supplier informs us the data centre provider for LON1 has restored some building systems and is continuing to restore power to the rest of the facility.

The LON1 datacenter is one of the largest in the UK, they have not provided an update as yet, but as soon as we have an official update them from them we will update our announcement page.

This is a wide scale outage in London affecting a large number of European internet carriers and internet service providers.

Interxion is the Data Center supplier to hundreds of ISP's

The London Network centre is currently experiencing a partial outage in our London datacenter.

Our team is actively working with our upstream provider to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.
