In order to pay for domain names or monthly products you will need to add a credit or debit card to your account.

This is very easy and secure.

Once you have created your account follow these steps:

  1. From the main menu, select 'Billing'
  2. From the dropdown choices select 'Manage Credit Card'
  3. Then select 'Add a new card'
  4. Add a card of your choice

Please note the card you add must match the billing address street and postcode you used when setting up the account.

 


 

Note: If you have added a card but were previously using a direct debit payment method please ensure you change your account settings so that the new default payment method is set correctly.

Choose card from the drop down menu instead of Direct Debit.
