Service upgrades, service retirements and no price increase until March 2024

All price increases have been deferred to March 2024

We are all aware of the impact on businesses due to inflationary pressures and energy costs.

The hosting industry as a whole and our suppliers are no exception and have faced significantly increased costs far above the level of inflation.

Over recent years and most recently this year we have experienced multiple price increases from all suppliers.

As a result, we are revising our pricing for the first time since 2019 for the majority of our current services.

However, we are deferring this increase to March 2024 to show appreciation for your continued loyalty and support.

Additionally, we are excited to announce that we will be rolling out upgrades and service changes in 2023 to further improve all hosting and management services.

We remain extraordinary value
On average we save our clients £600 a year compared to other popular providers of similar service and quality.

We continue to support your business with the best service and best value available on the market.

Thank you!

Director

Why services and pricing are changing

  • The cost of the software we use to manage, monitor and maintain your sites has increased.
  • The costs from key suppliers has increased twice in 2 years and several more in the last 3 months.
  • The time is takes to update and maintain your site takes longer than it used to due to updates being more frequent (bug fixes and security updates)
  • It is essential to retire a small number of legacy services which are currently provided at a loss.
  • It is essential to retire legacy all services in place of superior current services.
  • To upgrade clients on old plans to new improved plans.
  • To ensure going forward all clients receive the same service for the same price.
  • To continually invest to bring further improvements and features to your services.
  • For ecommerce sites to be in line with new WooCommerce support policy
  • For all sites to be in line with PHP supported versions
